The Role

Here in Wavertree, we're the voice of our bank; we're communicating with our customers over the phone and via email. We're looking for someone who will treat every customer with the respect and level of service they would if they were serving them face-to-face in a branch. When our customers call they want someone who can empathise and help them reach a resolution.

We need people who are genuinely interested in providing that great level of service to our customers.

About You

You will be motivated and driven to develop your career. To be successful in this role, you will have:

What else you'll need to know
  • Full time, permanent, flexible working hours
  • Branch opening hours: 7am-11pm with various working patterns
  • You'll typically be working during standard business working hours, which can include weekends and bank holidays. Your actual working hours will be discussed during interview
